Marc R. Duggan
Marc R. Duggan is a seasoned, detail-orientated real estate broker and consultant with a calming and positive temperament. Marc obtained his Broker license in 1994, and in 1998 he became the second real estate professional in San Diego County to receive the Senior's Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of San Diego in 1991.
In 1994 Marc founded his own real estate management company, and over 25 years has accumulated a broad spectrum of knowledge in the sales and management of all types of real estate property throughout San Diego County. He has first-hand experience with assessing and preparing properties for sale and marketing, intricate oversight of the sales transaction and escrow process, IRS §1031 exchanges (simultaneous, delayed and reverse), seller-financing options, and post-transaction support and consulting. Marc has personally owned and managed his own rental properties for 35 years.

Robert E. Duggan
Robert E. Duggan is a charismatic, results-orientated real estate broker with an energetic and optimistic personality. Bob obtained his Broker license in 1968, and in 1998 became the third real estate professional in San Diego County to receive the Senior's Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation.
In 1977 Bob founded Marc-Aaron Corporation, named after his two sons. Bob is highly experienced in the ownership, management and sales of various types of real estate properties throughout San Diego County for over 50 years, and is an expert with trust deed investments including private-money loans, loan payoffs, reconveyances and foreclosures. Bob was a Commissioner for the La Mesa Planning Department from 1994-2009. He is a past board member for the Polinsky Children's Center and Child Abuse Prevention Foundation, and was Campaign & Financial Manager for Mayor Art Madrid, City of La Mesa. Bob was also Finance Chairman for Prop D, a City of La Mesa bond measure for new fire and police stations, and served as Co-Chair of its oversight committee responsible for $27.9 million in bond proceeds.
